A military hero, fallen
This is not about anything submarine specific, but it affects the Navy, especially in the southeast. Today, one of the biggest Navy proponents has fallen. Tilly Fowler, four time US congressperson died today after a severe brain hemorage 3 days ago. The work she had done to maintain a strong military presence here in Jacksonville was highly commendable. We lost a good Republican and Navy supporter that served our country with honor. May GOD bless her soul and she rest in peace.

I worked for her a few years back. She was a gracious lady, and fought hard for her district years after she was out of office.
