Today, one of the biggest Navy proponents has fallen. Tilly Fowler, four time US congressperson died today after a severe brain hemorage 3 days ago. The work she had done to maintain a strong military presence here in Jacksonville was highly commendable. We lost a good Republican and Navy supporter that served our country with honor.
